5. Na zadanú e-mailovú adresu vám bude zaslaná potvrdzujúca správa a 10-miestny kód na vrátenie platby.

6. Umiestnite 10-miestny návratový kód zreteľne na pripravený balík. Teraz odneste vrátený balík do akejkoľvek skrinky na balíky. Na obrazovke stroja zvoľte "Odoslať balík" a potom "Mám návratový kód". Zadajte 10-miestny kód, ktorý ste dostali, potvrďte a... hotovo. Uistite sa, že na pripravenom balíku nie je žiadny prepravný štítok, ktorý by mohol byť zavádzajúci.
